Getting Started with ronin Account Settings
When you first log into ronin, the Account Settings dashboard is accessible from the main menu. Here you see your current balance, recent transaction history, and quick links to deposit or withdraw funds. The interface is organized into tabs: Profile, Payment Methods, Security, Notifications, and Game History.
Our ronin platform uses a single unified account across all game types — live dealers, sportsbook, and slots. This means one login gives you access to blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Liga 1 betting, and slot games like Aviator or Sweet Bonanza. Your account balance updates in real time across all sections.



Profile Information and Identity Verification
Your ronin Profile tab contains your name, date of birth, email, phone number, and residential address. When you first open an account, ronin asks you to provide this information. We use it to verify your identity (Know Your Customer, or KYC) and comply with financial regulations.
To withdraw funds from ronin, you'll need to complete identity verification. This means providing a photo copy of your national ID card or passport, and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months). Our KYC team reviews these documents within 2–3 business days. Once verified, you unlock full withdrawal privileges.
You can update your Profile information anytime. If you move to a new address in Jakarta, Bandung, or elsewhere, update your residential address in Account Settings. If your phone number changes, update it so we can reach you if there's suspicious activity on your account.

Payment Methods and Deposits
ronin's Payment Methods tab is where you add and manage funding sources. We accept seven local payment types: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
To deposit, click "Add Payment Method" in Account Settings. Select your preferred type, and ronin generates a unique deposit link or QR code. For mobile banking or local payment, you scan the QR code in your wallet app and confirm the amount. For bank transfer, you send funds to our designated account number and enter a unique reference code so ronin recognises your payment.
Deposits settle instantly for most methods. Once funds arrive, your ronin balance updates and you can join a live-dealer table, place a sportsbook bet, or spin a slot game immediately. We store your payment methods securely and never share banking details with third parties.

Withdrawals and Account Balance
When you're ready to withdraw funds from ronin, navigate to the Withdrawal section in Account Settings. Your available balance is shown at the top — this is the amount you can withdraw immediately. Any bets or sessions in progress will complete before the balance updates.
Select a payment method (must be one you've used to deposit before), enter the amount, and confirm. ronin processes withdrawals within standard verification windows — typically the same day for mobile banking or local payment, next business day for bank transfer. You'll see a confirmation email with the transaction ID so you can track the withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be at least the minimum amount set by each payment provider (usually our welcome offer). There's no maximum withdrawal amount, but large amounts may require additional verification. If you withdraw our welcome offer or more in a single month, ronin may ask additional KYC questions to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering rules.

Security Settings and Password Management
Your ronin Security tab controls login access and account protection. You can change your password anytime — we recommend doing this every few months. Strong passwords contain upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (like @ or #).
If you forget your password, visit the ronin login page and click "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we send you a reset link. Click the link, create a new password, and you can log back in immediately. This process takes seconds and requires no phone call or support ticket.
ronin tracks login activity in Account Settings. You can see which devices accessed your account and when. If you notice a login you don't recognise, change your password immediately and contact our support team via live chat.
Notifications and Preferences
The Notifications tab in Account Settings lets you choose how ronin communicates with you. We offer email alerts, SMS, and in-app notifications. You decide which events trigger alerts — for example, you might want notifications when a large withdrawal is pending, but not for every small deposit.
During major events like Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF tournaments, or Piala Indonesia finals, ronin can notify you when betting markets open or odds shift. You control the frequency — daily summary, real-time alerts, or muted.
If you're playing during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi holidays, ronin respects local customs and adjusts notification timing so you're not interrupted during prayer times or family time. You can customise notification hours in Account Settings.

Game History and Transaction Reports
ronin's Game History tab shows every session you've played — timestamp, game type (Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, roulette, Liga 1 bet, etc.), outcome, and balance before/after. You can filter by date, game, or transaction type. This makes it easy to review your activity and spot patterns.
Your Transaction Report includes all deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay activity in one downloadable file. This is useful if you need to track your accounts for personal accounting or tax purposes. ronin generates these reports in PDF format and emails them to your registered address within 24 hours.
Support Access from Account Settings
Our ronin support team is accessible directly from Account Settings. Click "Contact Support" to open live chat, send email, or view the FAQ. Our multilingual team responds in Indonesian and English during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week).
Common support requests include password reset, payment method issues, withdrawal status, and account recovery. Most issues resolve within subject to verification via live chat. For complex cases (like lost documents for KYC), we respond via email within 24 hours.
