Account and registration

No. Each person is allowed only one ronin account. If you register a second account using the same email, phone number, or personal details, ronin's system will detect the duplicate and suspend both accounts during verification. This rule protects all users from fraud and unfair play. If you lose access to your account, contact our support team — we can help you recover it by verifying your identity. Do not attempt to create a new account; instead, use the password recovery or account recovery option in the login screen.

Deposits via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking are instant. Go to your ronin account, select "Deposit," choose your payment method, and enter the amount you wish to add. ronin will display a unique code or QR. Scan it with your e-wallet app or enter the code to complete payment. The funds appear in your ronin account immediately. You do not need a separate bank account or special permission — simply have an active local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking wallet. If your deposit does not appear within a few minutes, check your e-wallet history to confirm the payment went through, then contact ronin support with a screenshot.

On the ronin login page, tap "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address or username, and ronin will send a password reset link to your email. Click the link to set a new password. The link is valid for one hour — if it expires, request a new one. Make sure you check your email's spam folder in case the message lands there. Once you reset your password, log in with your new one. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, contact ronin support and we will help you regain access to your account.

Payments and transactions

ronin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) may charge a small transfer fee depending on your account type and the amount you send — this is not a ronin fee. The amount you deposit into ronin is the amount that appears in your account. Similarly, when you withdraw, ronin sends the full amount you request to your original payment method. If you see an unexpected fee, check your online payment, e-wallet, or bank statement to confirm whether it came from your payment provider, not from ronin.

Log in to ronin and go to Account Settings. You can update your email, phone number, and payment method there. To pause activity on your account, use the "Pause account" option — this temporarily locks your account so you cannot place bets or play games, but you can still withdraw remaining funds. To unpause, contact ronin support. These tools are for your convenience; they do not delete your account. If you wish to close your account permanently, contact support and we will guide you through the closure process. Your request is subject to verification that you have no outstanding bets or pending withdrawals.

ronin occasionally offers free bets or free spins as part of promotions or welcome offers for new members. Free bets are credits you can use to place wagers on sports markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, or other events) without using your own money.
